The winegrowers at the Cave Sabledoc are delighted to welcome you to the site of Caveau Les Sablons, Maison du Terroir des Sables.
Our cellar was created in Spring 2003 and today invites you to discover its DUNE, Vins des Sables wines, a range including pale rosé, white and red wines, semi-sparkling and sparkling wines and other local liqueurs and aperitifs.
The wines are the fruit of traditional methods combined with modern technological processes and age-old know-how; they are bursting with character.

			Situated only 3km from the ramparts of Aigues-Mortes, the capital of the Vins des Sables region, our cellar, Les Sablons, is at the very heart of the production area of "Vins de pays des Sables du Golfe du Lion". This natural, protected site features rare biological diversity and is home to numerous plant species, insects, birds, amphibians and mammals. Well aware of this fragile balance, our winegrowers use cultivation techniques which fully respect this exceptional heritage.
	, is purity embodied, like the sand it consists of; the sand in which are vines are planted. , is a return to the roots. From pure mineral elements forming the granite rocks, they decompose back into "sand"; swept along by the sea and the wind, they form our maritime and coastal dunes. , its gentle curves and fine grain, smooth like a great wine, elusive, slipping between our fingers. , is a tribute to this sandy, sun-kissed, maritime land, symbolic of the expertise of our wine-growers who have succeeded in mastering this delicate and unique soil.
			For you, we have chosen quality products developed with full respect for local traditions by the best producers and craftsmen in Camargue and the region. Olive oil, tapenade, wine vinegar, "gardianne de taureau" and other dishes, "Fleur de Sel" salt, honeys, jams, chocolates with confit de vin, etc. Our Maison du Terroir des Sables is a true showcase of our cultural heritage and also offers its walls to many talented local artists.
