Bottling is a crucial step in the production of wine. It must be properly managed so as to preserve all the organoleptic potential of our wines.
Our entire Dune range is bottled at the estate.
We have full control over all the sensitive points likely to cause unfortunate oxidation. The bottles are gravity filled and vacuum corked, the labels are adhesive and the pallets of wine are then stored in our storehouses at constant temperature and out of the light.
We invite you to come and try the new wine which has already won several awards.

In the vineyards, since the beginning of April, the vegetative period of the vines has begun. The pruning is complete and it is now time to work the soil and fertilize the parcels.
For a few weeks you will still see some wheat growing between our rows of vines.
This is a special feature of our Sables area. In fact, we have to sow wheat in October after the grape harvest to "hold" the sand, because when the mistral blows hard, the wind carries our sandy soil and forms dunes in the fields!!!

Plantation of young grafted vines, here Grenache gris, with temporary sowing as always to avoid erosion by the wind.
