Carthagène This delicious Carthagène from the Jasse d'Isnard is regularly rewarded and is impressively expressive. It is produced from wine must whose fermentation has been stopped before spending several months in old oak casks to mature and then delight our taste buds.

Champagnes :

What more can be said: a good champagne speaks for itself. We have chosen a whole range from the excellent Vranken-Pommery house including the famous "Demoiselle" champagne, with its elegant, refined bottle, fine, delicate bubbles, sumptuous aroma of white flowers, green apple, citrus fruit and Viennese pastries! A true delight for all those who love bubbly!

Muscats:

The Château la Peyrade is most probably the best sweet Muscat de Frontignan to be found. These daring wine-growers have succeeded in bringing out the full potential of a fabulous soil and the small muscat grape variety. A truly intense aromatic explosion.

Two other, rather lighter muscats are also well worth discovering. The first, a dry muscat, produced by the winegrowers of Frontignan, is lively and fresh. It goes very well with aperitifs and shellfish. The second, the mellow muscat from the Cellier des Cigales, is an alternative in terms of sweetness. Elegant, full and just as aromatic, it will delight palates fond of less sweet wines.
