"Bag in box" packaging is a real revolution in terms of keeping wine bought "in bulk". It is handy, easy to carry and keeps for between 3 weeks and a month after opening, without altering the quality of the wine, because unlike plastic jerry cans, the inner sachet retracts as the wine is served. It is designed so you can put it straight in the refrigerator and enjoy chilled wine at any time. It can be kept for 3 months at the most prior to opening for white and rosé wines and 4 months for red. However, make sure they are not kept in a place exposed to sudden changes or excessive rises in temperature (the ideal temperature is 12 to 15°C ).
