Dune Sauvignon
VINES : Sauvignon
SOIL : Sand and alluvia of the Rhone , "Montcalm". Dunal sand from the third barrier beach, "Le Môle".
TASTING : Very pale yellow in colour with green glints. An intense and very characteristic nose, with notes of grapefruit zest, boxwood and a hint of minerals. The mouth is well balanced with a lively attack, voluminous in the middle and a good aromatic length.
SERVING : Serve at 10- 12°C , as an aperitif, with grilled fish, seafood, anchovies or asparagus with vinaigrette
STORAGE : Ready for drinking

Dune Chardonnay
VINES : Chardonnay
SOIL : Sand and alluvia of the Rhone , "Montcalm". Dunal sand from the third barrier beach, "Le Môle".
TASTING : Pale yellow colour. Intense nose of ripe pineapple, baked apples and cooked banana. The mouth is full, dense and the finish lengthy.
SERVING : Serve at 10- 12°C , as an aperitif, with fish in sauce or seafood.
STORAGE : Ready for drinking

Dune Cabernet
VINES : Cabernet Sauvignon
SOIL : Sand and alluvia of the Rhone , "Montcalm". Dunal sand from the third barrier beach, "Le Môle".
TASTING : A moderately intense colour with glints of ruby. The nose is expressive and characteristic, with notes of grilled peppers, black olives, cedar wood and red fruit jam. The mouth is rich and full with a good presence of tannins.
SERVING : Serve at 14- 16°C , with red meat and poultry cooked in sauce.
STORAGE : May be drunk now or kept for up to 3 years at a constant temperature and in a dark place.

Dune Merlot
VINES : Merlot
SOIL : Sand and alluvia of the Rhone , "Montcalm". Dunal sand from the third barrier beach, "Le Môle".
TASTING : An averagely intense colour with glints of dark red. Nose of blackcurrant and cherry, good typicity. Well-balanced, full mouth with blended tannins.
SERVING : Serve at 14- 16°C , with grilled meats, red meat and roast poultry.
STORAGE : May be drunk now or kept for up to 3 years at a constant temperature and in a dark place.
