Dune Gris prestige
VINES : Grenache, Merlot
SOIL : Dunal sand poor in silt and clay, "L'Abbé" and "Les Sablons". Sand and alluvia of the Rhone , "Montcalm".
TASTING : A pale pink colour with glints of salmon pink. A powerful nose of red fruits, strawberry, raspberry and spices. The mouth is full, powerful and balanced, with substantial aromatic length.
SERVING : Serve at 10- 12°C , as an aperitif, with white meat, grilled meat, fish in sauce, exotic cuisine.
STORAGE : May be drunk now or kept for up to 2 years at a constant temperature and in a dark place. |
