Dune Gris prestige
VINES : Grenache, Merlot
SOIL : Dunal sand poor in silt and clay, "L'Abbé" and "Les Sablons". Sand and alluvia of the Rhone , "Montcalm".
TASTING : A pale pink colour with glints of salmon pink. A powerful nose of red fruits, strawberry, raspberry and spices. The mouth is full, powerful and balanced, with substantial aromatic length.
SERVING : Serve at 10- 12°C , as an aperitif, with white meat, grilled meat, fish in sauce, exotic cuisine.
STORAGE : May be drunk now or kept for up to 2 years at a constant temperature and in a dark place.

Dune Opale prestige
VINES : Chardonnay, Sauvignon
SOIL : Sand and alluvia of the Rhone , "Montcalm".
TASTING : A golden yellow colour with slight glints of green. The nose is ripe and intense with notes of vanilla cream, toast, cooked apricot and poached pear. The mouth is full of volume and long; lingering aromas reveal a delicately woody blend.
SERVING : Serve at 12°C as an aperitif or with any type of fish in sauce.
STORAGE : May be drunk now or kept for up to 2 years at a constant temperature and in a dark place.

Dune Rubis prestige
VINES : Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot
SOIL : Sand and alluvia of the Rhone , "Montcalm".
TASTING : A crimson colour with glints of ruby. A nose of crystallized red fruits with a hint of cumin, sustained by a delicate woody note. The mouth is supple and the tannic structure balanced, bringing out notes of fresh red fruit, vanilla and ginger.
SERVING : Serve at 14- 16°C , with slowly cooked red meats and game.
STORAGE : May be drunk now or kept for up to 5 years at a constant temperature and in a dark place.
